I have been painting for as long as I can remember. From my earliest experiences of pushing paint across paper, the act of painting has felt inseparable from who I am. The process itself is what I love most.

Inspired by the landscapes around me—particularly Vancouver Island, where I have spent most of my life—as well as places I have traveled, my work explores land, sea, flora, and fauna in acrylic, ink, and watercolour.

After retiring, I made a commitment to prioritize painting and to share my work more widely. Alongside studio practice and plein air painting with friends, I present my work through this website and invite you to check back as new pieces are added.

I am deeply grateful to my creative friends, Megan and Ed, for their encouragement and support in helping make this website a reality.
